一、运输注意事项（Transportation Precautions）
- 包装与标识
钢瓶盛装，瓶体标注“有毒气体”及“硫化氢”标识，并附GHS危险象形图（骷髅、火焰）。
钢瓶须戴安全帽，平放运输，瓶口朝同一方向，避免交叉堆放；高度不得超过车辆护栏。
Packaging: Use steel cylinders labeled "Toxic Gas" and "Hydrogen Sulfide" with GHS hazard pictograms (skull, flame). Cylinders must be equipped with safety caps, placed horizontally with valves aligned, and stacked below vehicle guardrails.
- 车辆与路线
运输车辆配备阻火装置和防爆系统，禁止使用易产生火花的工具装卸。
夏季选择早晚时段运输，避免日光直射；远离居民区停留，按指定路线行驶。
Vehicles must be equipped with flame arrestors and explosionproof systems. Avoid sparkgenerating tools during loading/unloading. Transport during early morning or evening in summer; follow designated routes away from residential areas.
- 隔离与兼容性
严禁与氧化剂（如硝酸）、碱类、高压容器混运，防止反应爆炸。
装卸时轻拿轻放，禁止滚动、撞击或拖拉。
Never transport with oxidizers (e.g., nitric acid), alkalis, or highpressure containers. Handle cylinders gently-no rolling, impact, or dragging.
二、储存注意事项（Storage Precautions）
- 环境控制
储存于阴凉通风仓库，温度≤30℃，相对湿度低于80%；远离热源、火源及静电源。
库房配备防爆通风系统、可燃气体报警装置及防静电接地设施。
Store in cool, ventilated areas (temperature ≤30°C, humidity <80%), away from heat, flames, and static electricity. Facilities require explosionproof ventilation, H2S detectors, and antistatic grounding.
- 分区与隔离
与氧化剂、强酸、腐蚀性物质分库储存，保持≥3米隔离距离。
设置防溢散设施（如围堤），防止泄漏扩散。
Segregate from oxidizers, strong acids, and corrosives in separate storage areas (minimum 3meter distance). Install containment barriers to control leaks.
- 安全管理
实行“五双管理”：双人收发、双锁、双账、双人运输、双人领用。
现场张贴MSDS、GHS标签及泄漏应急流程，定期检查钢瓶密封性。
Apply "Five Dual Controls": dualperson handling, dual locks, dual records, dual transport, and dual issuance. Display MSDS, GHS labels, and emergency procedures; inspect cylinder seals regularly.
三、使用注意事项（Handling Precautions）
- 操作防护
操作人员需经专业培训，佩戴自给式空气呼吸器（SCBA）、防化护目镜及防静电服。
工作场所禁止饮食/吸烟，设置洗眼器和紧急淋浴装置。
Operators must be trained and wear SCBA, chemical goggles, and antistatic suits. Prohibit eating/smoking in work areas; provide eyewash stations and emergency showers.
- 泄漏应急
微量泄漏：启动局部排风，用雾状水稀释气体；大量泄漏：隔离300米，上报应急部门。
残余气体导入水洗塔或三氯化铁溶液中和（管路需防倒吸）。
Minor leaks: Activate local exhaust and use water spray to disperse gas. Major leaks: Evacuate 300 meters and notify emergency services. Neutralize residual gas in scrubber towers or ferric chloride solution.
- 事故救援
中毒者转移至空气新鲜处，若呼吸停止立即施行心肺复苏（避免口对口呼吸），并送医。
眼部接触：用生理盐水冲洗至少15分钟。
Move victims to fresh air; perform CPR (avoid mouthtomouth) if breathing stops. For eye contact: Flush with saline for ≥15 minutes.
四、企业责任（Corporate Responsibilities）

定期更新MSDS（依据GB/T 175192013标准），员工每半年接受H2S安全培训；
仓库执行24小时温湿度监控，委托第三方检测防雷/防静电设施。
